Dr. Divya Pandey Leads Yoga Workshop at Adi Durgabari Club

Expert Dr. Divya Pandey guides yoga enthusiasts in a special session organized by Patanjali Yuva Bharat at Parsudih’s Adi Durgabari Club.

JAMSHEDPUR – Patanjali Yuva Bharat recently organized a special yoga session at the Adi Durgabari Club in Parsudih, featuring guidance from the acclaimed yoga expert Dr. Divya Pandey.

The session commenced with the prayer “I am the same soul Sachchidananda…,” coupled with a song.

Narendra Kumar, the district in-charge of Patanjali Yuva Bharat, introduced Dr. Pandey to the attendees and led them through Yogic Jogging, Surya Namaskar, and Chandra Namaskar.

Dr. Pandey emphasized the crucial role of breathing exercises in yoga, warning that improper breathing could diminish the benefits of yogic practices or even cause harm.

Participants received training in various yoga techniques, specifically those targeting knee issues and other health problems like cervical issues, obesity, and diabetes.

The session concluded with Dr. Pandey being honored with a medicinal plant, a gesture of appreciation from the devotees of Adi Durgabari’s Patanjali Yoga class.

The event witnessed the dignified presence of Rinku Patnaik, Rupali Chaudhary, Vishwanath Chaudhary, Joba Das, Sumita Das, Sonali Bhagyashree, Uma Das, Neelima Dutta, Sangeeta Bose, Geeta, Ruby Haldhar, Pratibha, and Rupa Dey.

This special yoga session underlines the increasing interest in and commitment to yoga and holistic health within the community.
