CHAKRADHARPUR – The 77th Independence Day found a unique expression of patriotism and unity as the S.E. Railway Bharat Scouts and Guides came together to celebrate the occasion in Chakradharpur.

Joining him were other honored guests, including SER Divisional Officers and the President of SERWWO (South Eastern Railway Women’s Welfare Organization).
