Teenage Girl Student Found Dead in Dhanbad, Police Probe Underway

The gruesome discovery of a 14-year-old girl’s body near NH-19 in Dhanbad has led to a rigorous police investigation, with two persons detained for questioning.

DHANBAD – A chilling incident unfolded in Govindpur, Dhanbad, where the body of a 14-year-old girl was found lifeless by the NH-19 highway.

Station in-charge Jitendra Kumar and DSP Amar Kumar Pandey promptly arrived at the scene, initiating immediate investigations into the shocking case.

Detainment and Investigation

The police have since taken into custody Anil Rajak, the director of a local coaching institute, and another individual for further questioning.

After discovering the victim was a student preparing for competitive exams at Hundred Super coaching institute in Ratanpur, the police visited the establishment, interrogating the operator and fellow students.

Interrogation On

The director’s father, Ravindra Rajak, claimed his institute hosts 65-70 residential students and has been in operation for the past two and a half years, denying any knowledge regarding the girl’s demise.

Unveiling the Mystery

DSP Amar Kumar Pandey revealed that the deceased girl was a Ranchi resident who was preparing for prestigious school entrance exams.

The victim’s family has been informed, and post-mortem results are awaited to determine the cause of death.

The police continue to interrogate relevant individuals, including the institute’s director, as they leave no stone unturned in their investigation.
