In a significant move, the Enforcement Directorate raided a plant in 7th Phase of AIADA and put up a plot seizure order.
Jamshedpur – The order from a special PMLA court on 15th September 2022 led to a significant action by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
In an operation on Tuesday, the ED executed a raid on a plant NNB Concreto owned by Nav Nirman Builders.
The plant in question is situated in the seventh phase of the Adityapur Industrial Area.
The ED is allegedly examining some specific monetary transactions.
The plant, sprawled over 0.19 acres in Aasangi Mauza of Adityapur police station, was raided in connection with a case under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
This followed the ED receiving information about the allegedly suspected investment of black money.
