Jamshedpur – The Hindu Muslim Ekta Manch organized a large rally in Jamshedpur, culminating at the Deputy Commissioner’s office, where they submitted a memorandum addressed to the Governor.

The group is demanding the resignation of Minister Banna Gupta and a fair, high-level investigation into the recent viral video issue.

The video, featuring Minister Banna Gupta, went viral, sparking allegations and counter-allegations.

However, the district administration has not taken any concrete action in the case, prompting the Hindu Muslim Ekta Manch to organize the rally and express their outrage, the Manch leaders said..

Through the memorandum, the group questioned why, after six days since the video went viral, the district administration has not taken any significant action in the name of investigation.

are demanding that the matter be investigated by a retired judge, former DGP, former IG, or former IAS officer, and that Minister Banna Gupta be held accountable for his involvement in the scandal.

In addition to their primary demands, the Hindu Muslim Ekta Manch representatives also called for the release of innocent Hindu and Muslim community members implicated in the Shastri Nagar case.

They demanded a swift investigation and warned of intensified agitation if their demands are not met.
