Jamshedpur – A special awareness program was held at the Town Hall Auditorium in Sidhgora on Tuesday, as part of Autism Awareness Month.
The event, organized under the joint auspices of the Parent Association of Mentally Handicapped of Jamshedpur and the District Administration, aimed to provide guidance on better care and support for children with autism.
The program was attended by special children, their parents, Anganwadi workers, assistants, and health workers.
Speakers at the event highlighted the challenges faced by children with autism, offered practical solutions, and emphasized the multi-talented nature of these children.
They urged Anganwadi workers to acquire more knowledge on the subject to better support and enhance the skills of children with autism.
