Bistupur Ram Mandir Committee elections on March 26, preparations on

Jamshedpur: The elections for the Andhra Bhakta Ram Mandir Committee in Bistupur has been planned for March 26th, and the election committee has begun preparations for it in earnest.

M. Bhaskar Rao, the Returning Officer, said that 18 posts, including the President, will be decided by ballot paper.

Roughly 2400 people will exercise their right to vote.

The voter list will be released on March 6th, followed by the final candidate list on March 16th. M. Bhaskar Rao further added that the model code of conduct for the election has been enforced on the temple premises, and candidates can only show their banners in their respective tents on the day of voting.

The committee is committed to ensure that the elections are completed without any untoward incident or controversy as has been the tradition of the Mandir committee in the past too.
