Thieves break into Dhatkidih garage, decamp with goods worth 2 lakh

Jamshedpur : Unknown thieves broke into a garage at Dhatkidih and decamped with spare parts worth Rs. 2 lakh Friday night. The garage belongs to Zaheer Khan alias Tata Mistry.

The number of incidents of theft has seen a rise in the city for some time.

The police, despite efforts, have failed to contain the number of theft incidents.

The latest case is from Bistupur police station area where last night thieves stole spare parts worth 2 lakh in Tata Garage located at Dhatkidih Garage Line.

The garage belongs to one Zaheer Khan alias Tata Mistry. When Zaheer reached to open the shop in the morning, he found the shutter of the shop broken.

Bistupur police arrived at the site of occurrence after receiving information.

The police have launched investigations into the theft.

There is resentment among locals over the theft.
