Jamshedpur collects Rs. 1 cr for Ram Mandir, Rs. 3 cr more needed

Jamshedpur: Sri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir Nirman Nidhi Samarpan Abhiyan Samity has formed a special committee for fund collection in urban areas of Jamshedpur. K L Mittal, senior advocate of Jamshedpur, has been chosen as the president of the special committee for urban areas.

In a meeting of the Abhiyan Samity held in Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir in Kadma on Wednesday different aspects of fund collection for the proposed Ram Mandir in Ayodhya were discussed.

The world’s biggest fund collection drive is underway all over the country. Jamshedpur has been given a target of Rs. 4 crore for the construction of Sri Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

The fund collection committee has already collected Rs. 1 crore and Rs. 3 crore is still to be collected.

A special committee for fund collection in urban areas of Jamshedpur was formed today in the meeting. Senior advocate of Jamshedpur K L Mittal was chosen as the president of the committee, while Dr. S K Prasad and Dr. Ragini Bhushan were selected as the vice presidents of the committee.

Today’s programme was conducted by Janardan Pandey, the head of Jamshedpur Mahanagar unit of Sri Ramjanmbhoomi Nirman Nidhi Samarpan Samity.

Mr. K L Mittal assured everyone that the committee would work hard to meet the target. He said that the fund collection drive would be expedited.

Dr. Ragini Bhushan proposed the vote of thanks after chanting of mantras.
