26-year-old woman found hanging in Kadma Bhatia Basti house

Jamshedpur: A woman has allegedly hanged herself to death in Bhatia Basti under the jurisdiction of Kadma police station in Jamshedpur. The deceased was only 26.

The husband of the deceased woman was reportedly not in the house when the incident occurred.

After receiving information about the incident, he rushed home and found that his wife was hanging with a rope. He took his wife to TMH. The doctors, however, declared her brought dead.

The unfortunate incident occurred Thursday evening.

According to police sources, the husband owns a shop in Kadma Bazar and was in the shop. However, he was informed by the neighbours that his wife was not opening the door. When he rushed home, he found that the windows and the door of the house were closed. When he broke the house open, he found that his wife was hanging with a rope.

The police have been informed and investigations are on. Police are looking into all possible angles.
