AJSU plans agitation and dharna against Hemant govt on Dec 29

Workers’ conference held in Gamharia, Ramchandra Sahis to lead dharna next Tuesday

Gamharia: AJSU party organised a district level workers’ conference in Shahnai Bhawan at Gamharia in Seraikela-Kharsawan district. The meeting discussed the plan and strategy for holding one-day dharna and demonstration at district headquarter on December 29 against the state government.

AJSU’s central leadership has taken a decision to hold demonstration at all the district headquarters on December 29 against the alleged non-fulfilment of promises made by the Hemant Soren-led state government.

The former minister of the state and AJSU leader Ramchandra Sahis addressed the workers’ conference and shared his tips on how to make the demonstration and dharna of the party on December 29 successful.

He said that the Chief Minister Hemant Soren had made several promises to the people of Jharkhand before election. However, he added, not a single promise has been fulfilled by his government even after one year of the government.

He said that AJSU would make the state government remember its promises on December 29. The demonstration and protest would be led by the former minister Ramchandra Sahis himself.
