JMM workers take out rally in Parsudih, demand apology from ex-CM

Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Mukti Morcha workers and supporters have erupted in protest against ex-CM and senior BJP leader Raghubar Das for his use of ‘unparliamentary words’ against the Chief Minister Hemant Soren during by-election campaigning in Bermo.

Irate JMM workers and supporters also burnt the effigy of Raghubar Das at Karandih Chowk Main Road.

JMM workers are organising protests all over the state against wrong choice of words by Raghubar Das against the Chief Minster and have termed it a ‘slight’ against the local population.

JMM Parsudih Block Committee led by Bahadur Kisku also took out a rally in the entire area and reached Karandih Chowk where they all burnt an effigy of Raghubar Das.

The JMM supporters also shouted slogans against the former chief minister.

Speaking on the occasion, Bahadur Kisku said that the former chief minister of Jharkhand and BJP leader Raghubar Das has used wrong words against the people of Jharkhand and if he does not apologise for this, the protests would continue to be held everywhere.

Those who took part in the rally and the protest programme included Bahadur Kisku, Deojeet Mukherjee, Manoj Naha, Amar Tudu, Tapan Das, Vimal Mahato, Nizam Khan, Sheru Khan, Ala Hansda, Sanat Mandal, Kartik Gope, Dolly, Dropdi Munda, Guria Patro and Monika Hembrom among others.
