Sunday: Four new Covid-19 positive cases in East Singhbhum, total infected now 367

Jamshedpur: Four more persons have been identified as Covid-19 positive in East Singhbhum district. With this, the total number of Covid-19 infected persons in the district has reached 367.

Out of the four new patients testing positive, two have had a travel history of Mumbai, while one has come from Faridabad.

Two of these four persons are from Chakulia blog, one is from Baridih, while one is from Kadma.

All these four newly found positive cases are being admitted in Covid-19 wards of two city hospitals.

On the other hand, three persons being treated in the MGMCH Covid ward have been cured and they were discharged from the hospital. Two of them are from Dumaria, while one is from Potka.

Yesterday, ten persons had tested positive in East Singhbhum. Today the new cases tally came down a little.

Meanwhile, the district administration has again reiterated its appeal to the citizens to continue abiding by all the safety precautions to prevent the spread of the disease and to continue social distancing.
