Amrit Udyan of Rashtrapati Bhavan To Open for General public from February 2

New Delhi – Beginning on February 2, the Amrit Udyan of Rashtrapati Bhavan will be accessible to the general public. This park will be open to the public six days a week, excluding Monday. The general public can still visit Amrit Udyan until March 31, 2024.

The hours of operation for visitors will be six hours a day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. On weekdays, the two am sessions (10 am to 12 pm) can accommodate 7,500 guests each, and on weekends, the capacity increases to 10,000 visitors each slot. On weekdays, the four afternoon slots (12 p.m. to 16 p.m.) can accommodate 5,000 guests apiece, and on weekends, 7,500 visitors.

Reservations for park admission are available at https://visit.rashtrapatibhavan.gov.in/visit/amrit-udyan/rE However, it is feasible. Walk-in guests will need to register at the self-service kiosk or convenience counter next to Rashtrapati Bhavan Gate No. 12.

All guests must enter and depart through Gate No. 35 of the Rashtrapati Estate, which is located where North Avenue and Rashtrapati Bhavan converge. Shuttle bus service from Central Secretariat Metro Station to Gate No. 35 will be offered every 30 minutes between 9.30 am and 5 pm for the convenience of guests.

Visitors will walk through the Central Lawn, Long Garden, Circular Garden, Bonsai Garden, and Musical Fountain throughout the trip. At the exit, there will be food courts available for them.

It is permissible for visitors to bring water bottles, infant milk bottles, wallets, handbags, and electronic keys. There will be several locations along the public route where drinking water, restrooms, and first aid/medical services are available.

These times will be available to those in particular categories.
