"Unnati Ka Pahiya" scheme aims to reduce dropout rates and promote education

JAMSHEDPUR – Health Minister Banna Gupta distributed 440 bicycles to school children at Gandhi Maidan in Mango as part of the Jharkhand government’s "Unnati Ka Pahiya" scheme.
The event, held at Gandhi Maidan in Mango, saw the participation of various officials and local representatives.
Deputy Development Commissioner Manish Kumar and Additional Municipal Commissioner Ranjit Lohra were among the notable attendees.
The "Unnati Ka Pahiya" cycle distribution scheme is an initiative by the Welfare Department of the Jharkhand Government.
Minister Gupta emphasized the government’s commitment to providing direct benefits to youth, women, and students.
"With the availability of bicycles, students will no longer face difficulties in traveling to school," Gupta stated during his address.
The initiative aims to make education more accessible and reduce dropout rates among school children.
