JAMSHEDPUR – A young man was injured after a chopper attack near Sai Vision under Ulidih police limits.

A chopper attack injured a youth near Sai Vision under Ulidih police station. The injured was identified as Rashid by locals. He collapsed on the road after the assault. Meanwhile, residents alerted police after spotting him bleeding.

Police reached the spot with local assistance. Rashid was shifted to MGM Hospital for treatment. However, doctors provided only preliminary medical care. His condition was reported stable during admission.

Police said the attack followed an old personal dispute. Meanwhile, officers started questioning people from the nearby area. On the other hand, no arrests were reported till filing time.

Incidents of chopper attacks have increased across Jamshedpur. Moreover, police officials acknowledged challenges in controlling such crimes. In contrast, earlier cases involved multiple attackers and public panic.

Similar violent incidents were earlier reported across city areas. Meanwhile, attacks have also been linked to disputes and street confrontations. However, police said increased patrolling was underway.

Related incidents include sharp weapon attacks and neighbor disputes. Moreover, authorities reviewed cases like sword fights. On the other hand, violent episodes such as land dispute killings raised concerns. Meanwhile, group assaults were also reported.
