Chhattisgarhi Society Educational Institution Conducts Samiti Elections

JAMSHEDPUR – Dinesh Kumar has been unanimously re-elected as president of the CP Samity management body that oversees the Chhattisgarhi Society’s educational institution in Kebul Basti.

The Samity conducts elections every three years for leadership positions. However, the previous term had expired recently. Moreover, lifetime members gathered for the general assembly meeting today.

All present members proposed Dinesh Kumar’s name for re-election. Furthermore, everyone raised their hands in unanimous approval. The decision received complete support from the assembly.

Dinesh Kumar addressed the gathering after his selection. “The responsibility given by society in September 2021 has been fulfilled,” he stated. Additionally, he expressed gratitude for renewed trust from community members.

The president emphasized that educational institutions require constant attention. Meanwhile, he presented development work completed during his previous tenure. On the other hand, members expressed satisfaction with the progress achieved.

Senior member Lakhan Lal Sahu made an important suggestion. He proposed that Samity formation should be left to the president’s discretion. Besides, this would help create a stronger working team.

However, patron Khemlal Chaudhary stressed recruiting new members. He also highlighted ancestors’ contributions to the school. In addition, the assembly approved proposals for membership expansion.

The membership drive will continue for ten days. Moreover, both regular and lifetime memberships will be processed during evening hours. Meanwhile, the office will remain open for new registrations.

Treasurer Santosh Kumar presented the three-year financial report. The assembly approved all income and expenditure statements. Furthermore, members expressed satisfaction with financial management.

General Secretary Parmanand Kaushal conducted the program proceedings. Vice President Ramnaresh Sahu delivered the vote of thanks. Additionally, numerous members attended the important gathering.

The attendees included Salik Das Devangan, Mohan Kumar, and Jagdev Sahu. However, many other prominent community members also participated. Moreover, the list comprised representatives from various families.

The assembly concluded with a solemn tribute. Members observed two minutes of silence. This honored lifetime members who passed away during the term.
