DC Issues Guidelines for Chowkidar Recruitment Exam at 13 Centers

Strict Security Measures Planned with CCTV Coverage and Police Deployment

  • 90-minute written test scheduled for December 22 across district centers
  • Candidates must report by 10 AM with previously issued admit cards
  • Test includes 50 MCQs on district knowledge and local language

JAMSHEDPUR – Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal outlined comprehensive measures for conducting the upcoming Chowkidar recruitment examination with utmost transparency.

Security personnel will conduct thorough frisking at examination centers. CCTV cameras will monitor all examination halls.

“We are committed to ensuring a fair examination process,” said a district administration official.

Exam Format

The test comprises 45 questions on district general knowledge. Five questions will focus on local language skills.

Meanwhile, successful candidates will qualify for physical tests in 1:3 ratio.

Moreover, only black ballpoint pens are allowed for OMR sheets.

Infrastructure Arrangements

Each center will have adequate drinking water facilities. Clean toilets will be available for candidates.

Furthermore, magistrates will oversee the examination process.

Security Measures

Videographers will record the examination proceedings. Electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside centers.

In addition, legal action awaits candidates involved in malpractices.

On the other hand, power backup arrangements ensure uninterrupted examination conduct.
