Key Points:

  • Pandit Pawan Krishna highlights the essence of devotion
  • Lord Krishna’s divine acts celebrated with joy and fervor
  • Local leaders participate in the soulful Bhagwat Katha event

JAMSHEDPUR – Pandit Pawan Krishna Gautam emphasized that true devotion is a path where devotees never seek liberation, as it connects them eternally to God.

In the ongoing Bhagwat Katha, Pandit Gautam narrated the significance of Lord Vishnu’s avatars. He explained how Lord Vamana incarnated to liberate the three worlds from King Bali and later, in the Surya dynasty, Lord Rama took birth, followed by Lord Krishna’s incarnation in the Chandra dynasty.

Celebration of Krishna’s Divine Acts

The event saw grand celebrations of Lord Krishna’s childhood divine acts (bal leela), which deeply resonated with the audience. Women devotees in particular appeared captivated by the depictions of Krishna’s playful and miraculous deeds. Pandit Gautam said, “Devotion is a journey where the devotee desires nothing but God. The Lord knows everything about His devotees and fulfills their needs without them asking.”

He further advised, “If you want to ask for something, ask for the Lord Himself. True bhakti lies in immersing oneself in God’s love.”

God Seeks Devotees’ Love

Pandit Gautam shared, “The Lord does not come to punish or liberate anyone. He comes only to receive the love of His devotees because God craves true love.” He added that when devotees stray from the path of bhakti, God uses other devotees to bring them back to the path, leading to salvation.

Leaders Participate in the Event

The event saw the participation of Kamlesh Dubey, AJSU district vice-president, and Vikas Srivastava, Secretary of the Press Club. Both relished the spiritual atmosphere and expressed their joy at witnessing the divine celebration of Lord Krishna.

The day concluded with the aarti ceremony, where devotees received blessings and prasad while immersing themselves in the devotional bliss of Lord Krishna’s stories.
