JAMSHEDPUR – JUSCO School South Park’s 20th Annual Sports Day drew over 1000 junior school students for a spectacular showcase of sports and fitness activities.
The event kicked off with a grand opening ceremony at the school grounds. The school presidents and captains delivered the welcome address.
Meanwhile, colorful balloons soared into the sky. Chief Guest Vibhuti Adesara and other dignitaries released them.
Olympic Spirit
The younger students put up an impressive Olympics-themed performance. Classes I and II students celebrated the upcoming Paris 2024 Games.
Moreover, the tiny tots from Nursery to UKG depicted the ICC T20 World Cup. Their performance drew loud applause.
On the other hand, JSSP’s yoga champions demonstrated advanced asanas. They synchronized their moves with rhythmic beats.
Focus on Fitness
Classes III and IV energetically performed aerobics. Their motto “Don’t Quit, Stay Fit” resonated with the audience.
The event featured several fun competitions. Students participated in frog races, book balancing, and spoon-lemon races.
Additionally, parents joined special races organized for them. This added to the day’s excitement.
Principal Mili Sinha expressed satisfaction with the performances. She thanked the staff and parents for their support.
