JAMSHEDPUR – The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, will visit Odisha from December 3 to December 7, 2024, embarking on a series of developmental and ceremonial engagements across Puri, Bhubaneswar, and Mayurbhanj.

The President will lay the foundation stone for three crucial railway lines at Bangriposi Railway Station. These include the Bangriposi-Gorumahisani, Buramara-Chakulia, and Badampahar-Kendujharagarh routes, aimed at improving regional connectivity.

In a virtual ceremony, the President will also inaugurate a Tribal Research and Development Centre at Rairangpur, the new Dandbose Airport, and a Sub-Divisional Hospital in the same town. These initiatives are expected to enhance educational, healthcare, and infrastructural access for the region’s tribal communities.
