RANCHI – Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren has accused the BJP of inciting communal tensions across India ahead of upcoming elections.

Speaking at a function in Jamtara, Soren urged people to reject divisive politics.

He specifically targeted Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, labeling him an ‘imported leader’.

Moreover, Soren alleged that BJP’s ‘Parivartan Yatra’ aims to stoke communal discord.

The Chief Minister also criticized the ‘One Nation One Election’ proposal.

He claimed this move could lead to single-party rule in the country.

Furthermore, Soren warned against attempts to disrupt communal harmony during elections.

He reminded listeners of BJP’s alleged Hindu-Muslim politics in previous polls.

Additionally, the CM accused the BJP of fostering tension across India.

Soren alleged that a "gang from Gujarat" was sowing seeds of hate.

He claimed they were importing leaders from other states to achieve this.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister highlighted his government’s efforts to provide housing.

He mentioned the Abua Awas scheme, which aims to build 20 lakh houses.

In contrast, Soren criticized the Centre’s promise of 1.5 lakh houses as inadequate.

"This is the group of businessmen who will not provide money to the poor," he remarked.

On the other hand, Soren unveiled 298 projects worth over Rs 500 crore.

These projects are set to benefit Jamtara and Dumka districts.

Lastly, the CM interacted with beneficiaries of the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana.
