Tata Steel Announces Schedule for Aspiring Engineering Program

Recruitment process includes mock test, online exam, and interviews

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel has unveiled the recruitment timeline for its Aspiring Engineering program, featuring multiple stages of assessment.

The recruitment process kicks off with a mock test scheduled from September 10 to 12.

Subsequently, an online examination will take place on September 15 and 16.

Candidates who successfully clear these initial hurdles will progress to the next phase.

Moreover, the upcoming stage includes the Tata Steel Culture Appreciation Test.

Details regarding this test will be communicated to candidates via email.

The interview round, a crucial step in the selection process, is set for October 19 and 20.

In addition, this phase will incorporate a physical assessment of the candidates.

For specific engineering disciplines, the physical evaluation is slated for September 15.

Different time slots have been allocated for various branches, including Mechanical and Production Engineering.

Furthermore, Industrial and Mechatronics disciplines will also undergo assessment on this day.

On the other hand, September 14 marks the online exam for several other engineering streams.

These include Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, and Power Electronics, among others.

Additionally, Mining, Metallurgy, Geology, and related fields are also scheduled for this date.

Interestingly, a separate session has been arranged exclusively for women candidates on September 15.

In light of these developments, aspirants are strongly advised to keep a close eye on their email inboxes.
