Students honor educators with cultural programs; management distributes gifts
Srinath University and Srinath College of Education jointly celebrated Teachers’ Day, honoring educators and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s legacy.
JAMSHEDPUR – To remember Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan and to acknowledge the contributions of educators, Srinath University and Srinath College of Education unitedly commemorated Teachers’ Day on its premises on Thursday.
The Teachers’ Day celebration started with a floral tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, which recognized his noteworthy influence on the field of education.
The instructional staff were also presented with gifts by the university management as a gesture of appreciation.
The event was actively participated in by the students of the university, who organized a variety of cultural programs and activities to pay tribute to their mentors.
The gathering was addressed by Chancellor Sukhdev Mahto, who underscored the critical role of teachers as role models and knowledge sources in the development of students’ personalities.
He conveyed his sincere appreciation to the educators for their commitment and impact on the lives of the students.
In an enlightening and inspiring message, Principal Rachna Rashmi of Srinath College of Education encouraged students to show respect towards their instructors on a daily basis.
She urged students to regard their educators as spiritual guardians, emphasizing the significant influence that instructors have on their academic and personal development.
The event was also attended by all faculty members, which serves as an indication of the robust relationship between educators and the institution.
