Former District Congress President Ravindra Jha aims for Jamshedpur East and West seats in upcoming elections.
JAMSHEDPUR – Prominent Congress leader Ravindra ‘Nattu’ Jha has officially submitted his candidature for the Jamshedpur East and West Assembly seats in the forthcoming Jharkhand elections.
Jha’s biodata was handed over to Dharmendra Sonkar, Executive President of East Singhbhum District Congress.
The application has been forwarded to Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, President of the Jharkhand State Congress Committee.
This submission adheres to the August 29 deadline set by the All India Congress Committee’s screening committee.
Jha’s application emphasizes his extensive experience within the Congress party ranks.
His past roles include serving as District President of Purbi Singhbhum Congress and Vice President of NSUI Bihar State.
The veteran leader has also held various positions in the Youth Congress Bihar State.
Jha’s commitment extends beyond politics, as he actively participates in social organizations.
He currently serves as the President of the Builder Association of India in Seraikela-Kharsawan.
His contributions to the Congress party have earned him recognition, including the title of best district president from the Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee.
"My dedication to both political and social causes drives my aspiration to represent Jamshedpur in the assembly," Jha stated in his application.
