Thousands of Youths Depart from Jamshedpur for Ranchi Rally Amid Police Resistance

Led by Gunjan Yadav and Amit Agarwal, thousands of youths left Jamshedpur for the ‘Yuva Jan Akrosh Rally,’ facing resistance from police on NH-33.

Thousands of youths, under the leadership of former BJP District President Gunjan Yadav and BJP Yuva Morcha State Minister Amit Agarwal, departed from Jamshedpur to participate in the ‘Yuva Jan Akrosh Rally.’

JAMSHEDPUR – Despite confronting police resistance, thousands of young people, led by Gunjan Yadav and Amit Agarwal, departed Jamshedpur on NH-33 to participate in the ‘Yuva Jan Akrosh Rally’, purportedly under the orders of Chief Minister Hemant Soren.

The rally participants encountered police obstructions on NH-33 as they traveled. The officers, who were referred to as "puppets" of the Chief Minister, attempted to obstruct their progress.

Gunjan Yadav objected to Hemant Soren’s administration, asserting that such "dictatorship" would not be tolerated.

He asserted that the government’s efforts to suppress the BJP’s movement would be unsuccessful and demanded that the "anti-youth" Hemant Soren resign.

Yadav also advocated for the establishment of a new employment policy, unemployment benefits, and the formation of 5 lakh government jobs.

Amit Agarwal reiterated these sentiments, asserting that the Hemant government would not be safeguarded by tear gas, water cannons, or barricades.

He emphasized that a critical battle had commenced to ensure that the youths who had been denied their legitimate jobs and opportunities over the past five years received justice.

The JMM government’s perceived failures and broken promises have caused the frustration of the state’s youth to reach a breaking point.

The government of Jharkhand is accused of providing only false assurances, and young people in the region are experiencing difficulty in securing employment. They feel abandoned by the government.

The protestors were silenced by the government during the rally, which further exacerbated the participants’ wrath by employing excessive force, such as water cannons.

The event was attended by a number of prominent youth leaders, such as Abhimanyu Singh Chauhan, Sunny Sanghi, Shashank Shekhar, Vikas Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Saurav Kumar, Mithilesh Yadav, Arvind Kumar, Prakash Dubey, Abhishek Srivastava, and Sumit Kumar.
