JAMSHEDPUR – District Magistrate Ananya Mittal held a video conference to review the implementation of the Jharkhand Chief Minister Maiyan Samman Yojana, issuing key directives to officials.

CDPOs were instructed to oversee application form collection through Anganwadi Sevikas.

Offline applicants will receive manual acknowledgments for transparency.

The District Social Welfare Officer is tasked with comprehensive monitoring of the process.

Pension Approval Officers must expedite online data entry using VLEs and additional computer operators.

Acknowledgment numbers for manual forms will be delivered to beneficiaries via Anganwadi Sevikas.

Municipal officers and BDOs are to provide support to pension sanctioning officers, CDPOs, VLEs, and operators.

The Assistant Director of Social Security will coordinate with pension approval officers to streamline operations.

The DRDA Director will oversee the overall progress of the scheme.

This initiative aims to provide financial assistance to elderly, widows, and vulnerable sections of society.

The meeting highlighted the government’s commitment to effective scheme implementation and timely disbursement.
