Suicide Note Reveals Distress, No One to Blame

In a distressing news from Ranchi, a student named Ankit from Marwari College, Ranchi, ended his life by jumping off Hari Om Tower in the Lalpur Police Station area late Saturday night.

RANCHI – A sad news of a suicide by a young student in Ranchi has shocked everyone. Ankit, a B.Com student from Marwari College in Ranchi and a resident of Pandara area, allegedly took his own life by jumping from Hari Om Tower on Circular Road late Saturday night.

Originally from Latehar district, Ankit’s tragic end has left his family and friends in deep shock.

Soon after receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene and sent the body for post-mortem. Police sources said that the dead body will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem on Sunday.

According to police sources, a suicide note was also found in Ankit’s pocket, which the police have seized. According to the police, the note indicated that Ankit had been troubled for a long time and felt there was no way out left for him.

The note also mentioned that no one was responsible for his suicide, and he asked his family, in the note, to take care of his grandmother and live well.

The guard at Hari Om Tower reported to the police hearing a loud noise when all the shops were nearly closed. He claimed that on close inspection, he found a young man lying on the ground and immediately informed the police.

The suicide note contained his family’s mobile numbers, through which the police contacted his relatives and informed them of the tragic incident.

Police sources said that Ankit’s father is a driver by profession.

The police sources also stressed that this incident highlights the critical need for mental health awareness and support systems for students facing distress.
