Ward 17 Women Gather to Honor Mothers and Commemorate the Special Occasion

The Tejaswini Mahila Group in Ward 17 organized a touching celebration on Mother’s Day, recognizing the irreplaceable role of mothers in society and expressing gratitude for their unwavering love and dedication.

JAMSHEDPUR – Women from the Tejaswini Mahila Group in Ward 17 came together to celebrate Mother’s Day with a heartwarming ceremony that honored the immeasurable significance of motherhood.

The event began with a symbolic display of appreciation, as each attendee was adorned with a flower and wrapped in a shawl.

Neetu Sharma, president of the organization and former councilor of Adityapur Municipal Corporation Ward 17, officially commenced the program by kindling a ceremonial lamp.

Amidst an atmosphere of camaraderie and joy, the women jointly cut a cake, exchanging sincere Mother’s Day greetings.

Sharma underscored the profound meaning behind the word "mother," emphasizing that the happiness of the entire world is found in a mother’s embrace.

She conveyed that a life without a mother is beyond imagination, extending her heartfelt wishes to all the women present on this memorable occasion.

As a token of recognition for their invaluable contributions, Sharma presented gifts to each Tejaswini woman at the conclusion of the celebration.

The event was graced by the presence of distinguished attendees, including Neeru Singh, Poonam Jaiswal, Neelima Pandey, Shweta Singh, Pushpanjali Pandey, Pramila Devi, and many other respected women from the community.
