In a significant development for tribal education, Union Minister Arjun Munda inaugurated the Eklavya School in Kuda village, Khunti district, and handed over appointment letters to over 135 teachers, underscoring the government’s commitment to enhancing educational opportunities in tribal regions.

KHUNTI – Union Minister Arjun Munda inaugurated the long-awaited Eklavya School in Kuda village, emphasizing the government’s dedication to tribal education.

The Union Minister distributed appointment letters to more than 135 teachers, highlighting a major step towards improving education in tribal areas.

Arjun Munda stressed the importance of education in developing India, rejecting the notion that development solely depends on skyscrapers.

During the event, more than 10,000 teachers were appointed for Eklavya Vidyalayas, demonstrating a significant investment in tribal education.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was thanked for his role in implementing Eklavya Vidyalayas, aimed at providing quality education to tribal students.

The Union Minister shared insights from a recent event with the Prime Minister, where drones were distributed to assist in agricultural advancements.

Munda outlined the facilities of Eklavya Vidyalaya, which includes career counseling, skill development, and a focus on sports, including archery.

He also mentioned a collaboration with a Bengaluru company for semiconductor and chip manufacturing, highlighting opportunities for youth in technology.

Khunti’s development was emphasized, with the announcement of funds for Ramrekha Dham’s development as a tourist circuit.

Arjun Munda underscored the transformative power of education, stating, "Quality education is the cornerstone for empowering our tribal children to lead India’s future." This sentiment reflects the broader goal of the Eklavya Schools to offer comprehensive education, blending academics with sports and skill development.

Highlighting a blend of tradition and modernity, the Union Minister spoke of advancements in agriculture through technology and efforts to promote semiconductor manufacturing among tribal youth.
