Gulmohur High School’s ‘Samarth Saarthi’ aids class V students’ transition with mentorship and new learning opportunities.

JAMSHEDPUR – Riyansh and his classmates received assurances of support from their seniors, who are playing a pivotal role in the ‘Samarth Sarathi’ initiative at Gulmohur High School.

This mentorship program is designed to foster a sense of community and pride among students as they transition from class V to high school.

Leadership roles have been assigned to the members of the Student Council of class XII and the prefects of class X.

They are committed to guiding, mentoring, and collaborating with their juniors on various innovative projects throughout the year.

New Opportunities and Facilities

The school organized a comprehensive tour, ‘Tour De Gulmohur’, for the students to familiarize themselves with the high school facilities, including the labs, library, and sports areas.

This initiative aims to make students feel at home in their new environment and excited about the journey ahead.

The announcement of new clubs like AI & Robotics, Photography, and Dramatics, as part of the Thursday Activity Club, was met with enthusiasm.

Sports enthusiasts were thrilled to learn about the upgraded facilities for swimming and lawn tennis, showcasing the school’s commitment to fostering athletic talent.

Embracing the Future with Excitement

The excitement was palpable among the class V students as they learned about the next stage of their school life.

The ‘Samarth Saarthi’ initiative was introduced by the school Head Boy, Gurpreet Singh, in a session held in the Tata Auditorium.

He highlighted the thrilling experiences awaiting them in high school, encouraging students to embrace the future with open arms.

Meeting their future teachers also helped build anticipation and confidence among the students, setting a positive tone for their high school journey.
