Lucrative Job Offers for IDTR and TRTC Patna Graduates in Annual Recruitment Drive

Maruti Suzuki’s campus recruitment at IDTR Jamshedpur underlines commitment to nurturing talent, with graduates securing promising job packages.

JAMSHEDPUR – Maruti Suzuki has once again selected the Indo-Danish Tool Room (IDTR) in Jamshedpur for its campus recruitment, offering 43 graduates from IDTR Jamshedpur and TRTC Patna attractive job packages, reinforcing the company’s investment in fostering young talent.

This year’s recruitment drive marks the fourth consecutive collaboration between Maruti Suzuki and IDTR Jamshedpur, highlighting the auto giant’s confidence in the institution’s ability to produce highly skilled graduates.

Graduates from four-year Tool and Die Making, three-year Mechatronics, and three-year Production Engineering programs were the focus of the drive, showcasing Maruti Suzuki’s diverse talent requirements.

The company has presented an annual package of Rs 5 lakh 20 thousand to four-year diploma holders, while three-year diploma recipients were offered Rs 4 lakh 5 thousand, reflecting the value placed on their specialized skills.

Out of the successful candidates, 25 with four-year diplomas received the higher package, whereas 18 with three-year diplomas secured offers of Rs 4 lakh 5 thousand.

Sumit Singh, IDTR’s placement in-charge, highlighted the early start of this year’s placement process, initiated at the behest of participating companies, underscoring the demand for IDTR’s graduates.

IDTR Jamshedpur contributed 28 graduates to Maruti Suzuki’s recruitment, with a notable distribution among the specialized programs, including the first batch of three-year Mechatronics program graduates.

The event not only exemplifies Maruti Suzuki’s role in enhancing career prospects for fresh graduates but also sets a positive precedent for upcoming campus drives by other leading companies, promising further opportunities for IDTR students.
