JAMSHEDPUR – The upcoming merger between Tata Steel Limited and the Tinplate Company of India Limited (TCIL), effective from January 15, 2024, represents a significant development in the steel industry.

TCIL has already received the green light from the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, for this consolidation.

The physical transformation of these spaces involves repainting from the Tinplate Roundabout to the Company Gate.
