Tata Steel introduces a dedicated Wellness portal and apps, emphasizing holistic employee health and well-being, enhancing work-life balance.
JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel has unveiled a comprehensive Wellness portal and associated wellness Apps, marking a significant stride in promoting employee well-being.
The launch was spearheaded by Rajeev Mangal, Vice President, Safety, Health & Sustainability, Tata Steel.
Sanjeev Chaudhary, President, Tata Workers’ Union, and other key figures like Probal Ghosh, Vice President, Shared Services, Tata Steel, were present at the event.
The initiative was virtually attended by senior officials and employees across various locations.
Key messages from T V Narendran, CEO & Managing Director, and Atrayee Sanyal, Vice President, HRM, Tata Steel, were also shared.
The "Wellness for Life" portal, representing the initiative’s first phase, includes two key apps, "WELLSPRING" and "The Wellness Corner."
These apps, accessible via the portal, offer a holistic platform for health assessment, monitoring, and improvement for employees.
"The Wellness Corner" app, created by Truworth Wellness, provides a comprehensive health and wellness solution including daily activity tracking, personalized coaching, and various health programs.
Tata Steel’s in-house app, Wellspring, developed internally, fosters a digital culture of health and well-being.
Rajeev Mangal emphasized the need for holistic wellness and regular medical check-ups for a balanced life.
Sanjeev Chaudhary also highlighted the role of personal initiative in maintaining daily health habits and routines.
