BJP Workers Hold Dharna near Nirmal Mahato Samadhi in Uliyan Kadma

BJP Protests Against CM Soren’s Unfulfilled Promises on Nirmal Mahato’s Anniversary

Jharkhand marks Nirmal Mahato’s 73rd birth anniversary with state-wide programs, while BJP leaders, after paying tributes to late Nirmal Mahato, organize symbolic protests against CM Hemant Soren.

JAMSHEDPUR – BJP workers, led by Gunjan Yadav, Mahanagar BJP president, after paying tributes to late Nirmal Mahato, staged a dharna near the Nirmal Mahato Samadhi in Uliyan, Kadma.

Today, Jharkhand celebrates the 73rd birth anniversary of martyr Nirmal Mahato, a prominent figure in the Jharkhand movement.

Numerous programs are being organized across the state to commemorate this occasion.

In Jamshedpur, particularly in Kadma Uliyan, the late Jamshedpur Metropolitan BJP leader is observing a one-day symbolic fast near Nirmal Mahato’s Samadhi.

BJP leaders have initiated this hunger strike, accusing Chief Minister Hemant Soren of reneging on his promise to provide employment to five lakh youths annually.

Gunjan Yadav, the District President of Jamshedpur Metropolitan BJP, highlighted the Chief Minister’s pledge made at this very Samadhi site.

According to Yadav, the Soren government should have provided 25 lakh jobs over five years.

BJP members earlier wreathed Nirmal Mahato’s statue and paid their respects.

Yesterday, BJP workers in Jamshedpur, led by Mahanagar President Gunjan Yadav, conducted a mass Yagya Havan at the district BJP office.

This ritual, complete with Vedic chants, was intended to ‘purify’ the intellect of CM Hemant Soren.

Expressing dissatisfaction with Soren’s governance, BJP activists sought divine intervention for improved leadership.

Yadav criticized the Chief Minister for not fulfilling his election promises and accused the government of autocratic behavior.

The symbolic actions by the BJP, including the fast at Nirmal Mahato’s Samadhi, are meant to highlight the government’s failures and call for change.

The fast, also honoring Atal Bihari Vajpayee, protests against unmet job commitments.

Rita Mishra, Devendra Singh, Rambabu Tiwari, and other BJP workers and state ministers participated in the Yagya Havan, demonstrating the party’s growing opposition to Soren’s policies.
