DAV Gua Celebrates Rabindranath Tagore’s Birth Anniversary with Fervor

Students and teachers pay tribute to the renowned poet through music, dance, and poetry

The birth anniversary of the esteemed poet Rabindranath Tagore was celebrated with great enthusiasm at DAV Gua, under the guidance of school Principal Usha Rai, as students and teachers came together to pay homage to the literary icon.

GUA – DAV Gua celebrated the birth anniversary of renowned poet Rabindranath Tagore with fervor, under the guidance of school Principal Usha Rai, honoring the literary giant’s contributions to Indian literature and culture.

The event began with the chanting of Vedic mantras, setting a spiritual tone for the celebration, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by teacher Rajveer Singh.

Music teacher Yogendra Tripathi and students Anirudh Dutta, Shriparna Sahu, Anupurna Sahu, Ashutosh Behera, and Aryan Jha presented a heartwarming welcome song, capturing the essence of Tagore’s poetry.

The program featured a captivating recitation of Tagore’s poetry, allowing the audience to immerse themselves in the beauty and depth of his words.

An enchanting group dance performance added a visual and artistic dimension to the celebration, showcasing the students’ talent and their appreciation for Tagore’s cultural impact.

Rajveer Singh skillfully anchored the event, ensuring a smooth flow of the program and engaging the audience throughout the celebration.
