JUSCO School’s Generous Joy of Giving Week

Jamshedpur Students’ Compassionate Contributions Light Up Lives

JUSCO School South Park’s students unite in a powerful display of generosity during the Joy of Giving week, touching lives in the Jamshedpur community.

JAMSHEDPUR – In an inspiring end to the Joy of Giving week, JUSCO School South Park (JSSP) in Jamshedpur witnessed its students come together to spread joy among the needy.

The students showcased their selflessness by donating to the Cheshire Home and Old Age Home, exemplifying the spirit of giving.

Senior students from Std 12 notably contributed 120 blankets and lunch packets to the Old Age Home in Baradwari, offering comfort to the elderly in the colder season.

Their younger counterparts, from Nursery to Std 11, pooled their efforts to make a substantial donation to Cheshire Home in Sundernagar, including a variety of essential items and festive Christmas cakes.

The significant donation to Cheshire Home encompassed 180 kg of sugar, 300 kg of rice, 15 kg of noodles, 90 kg of pulses, and 85 kg of detergent soap.

This wholehearted initiative by the JSSP students demonstrated a deep understanding of the joy that comes from selfless giving, reinforcing the school’s motto, “Sharing the joys actually multiplies.”

This event not only brought smiles to the faces of those in care facilities but also cemented a sense of community and compassion among the students.
