JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Workers Union President Sanjeev Chaudhary Tunnu, General Secretary Satish Singh, and Deputy President Shailesh Singh are scheduled to leave for the Netherlands to visit Tata Steel’s plant on Tuesday.
Their flight is set for Wednesday.
The union leaders will spend approximately a week at the Dutch facility.
The Tata Steel plant in the Netherlands is known for its innovative approaches, environmental initiatives, and productivity enhancements.
This visit involves a five-member delegation, including the three union officials.
The tour is seen as a prelude to the upcoming Tata Workers Union elections.
Increasing demands for the union elections have been noted recently.
Although the visit will conclude before the election activities commence, it’s anticipated that the elections will be held by February.
