Golmuri Tinplate Union Pays Tributes to Honors Late Shri Michael John on His Birth Anniversary

Tributes Paid to Former President and Labor Leader at Golmuri

Golmuri Tinplate Workers Union commemorates the birth anniversary of late national labor leader Shri Michael John with solemn tributes.

JAMSHEDPUR – The birth anniversary of the former president and revered national labor leader, Shri Michael John, was solemnly commemorated in the courtyard of Golmuri Tinplate Workers Union.

The day’s observances began with union officials and committee members visiting his graveyard in Beldih.

There, they paid homage to Shri John by adorning his grave with flower garlands and lighting candles.

Following this heartfelt tribute, the delegation proceeded to his residence in Bistupur, where they garlanded his photograph and reminisced about his contributions.

Prominent among those in attendance were Golmuri Tin Plate Workers Union General Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh, Vice President Parvinder Singh Sohal, along with Satnam Singh, Gautam Dey, Munna Khan, A Ramesh Rao, Vakil Khan, Sai Babu Raju, Jagjit Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Bhupendra Kumar Singh, Raj Kumar Singh, Sangram Kishore Das, Kalam Nabi Khan, Sanjeev Prasad, Jaishankar Singh, Kashinath Rai, Ranjit Singh, Rakesh Kumar Dilbagi, Baldev Singh, Mrs. Irawati Lakra, Amrit Kumar Jha, Sujit Kumar Das, Niranjan Mahapatra, Fateh Chandra Majhi, Sukesh Kumar Mishra, M Shekhar Rao, Gajraj Singh, Vinay Kumar Sahu, Kundan Kumar, Naval Kishore Singh, Navjot Singh Sohal, Anil Kumar, and Surya Bhushan Sharma.

The event was a fitting tribute to Shri Michael John, reflecting the deep respect and admiration held for him within the community and the labor movement.
