In a significant meeting that marks a new chapter for Odisha’s governance, the Chief Minister, Shri Naveen Patnaik, and the newly appointed Governor, Shri Raghubar Das, held a detailed and positive discussion on the state’s developmental issues.

BHUBANESWAR – The new Governor of Odisha, Raghuabr Das, had a cordial interaction with the Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Naveen Patnaik at his official residence on Thursday

Both the leaders exchanged Diwali greetings and wishes for his health and longevity.

They delved into an in-depth discussion on developmental strategies for Odisha.

They also emphasized collaborative efforts between the Governor’s office and the state government.

Raghubar Das, the former Jharkhand CM, took his oath as Odisha’s Governor on October 31st.

The oath ceremony was conducted by Orissa High Court’s Chief Justice Dr. Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi.

Das succeeds Ganeshi Lal, who completed his tenure in May.

Aims to strengthen governance and accelerate growth in the state were central to the conversation.

The meeting showcased a blend of ceremonial duties with pressing state responsibilities.

Ruling party leaders said that the new Governor’s role is being viewed as crucial for the implementation of developmental policies.
