JAMSHEDPUR – Amarendra Kumar Singh, the college’s principal in charge, and Javed Ansari, the faculty in charge, ignited a lamp on the portrait of Maa Saraswati at the 11th welcoming ceremony for first-year students in the arts, sciences, and commerce fields.
The event began with a garlanding ceremony to honor the goddess of knowledge.
In his remarks to the students, the Principal-in-charge emphasized that each student’s performance in grades 11 and 12 would significantly impact their future.
He stressed that the completion of the 12th standard would determine the course of their career and highlighted the importance of discipline among students.
According to him, without discipline, no student can succeed in life.
Javed Ansari, the faculty in charge of Jamshedpur Workers College, gave the students detailed information about the college’s discipline policies and urged them not to compromise with it.
He likened the responsibility of students to their duty to protect and care for the college, just as they would secure possessions in their home.
He encouraged students to commit to preserving the college’s entirety and maintaining its cleanliness and beauty.
