Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee initiates free coaching, Sikh Wisdom, for 11th and 12th graders in Jamshedpur, leveraging top city coaching centers.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a concerted effort to further the field of education among Sikh students, the Central Gurudwara Management Committee in Jamshedpur is launching free coaching classes. Education will be imparted to students via two prestigious coaching centers of the city.
The coaching center, named Sikh Wisdom, will commence on the 18th of June. Enrollment for students of all three streams – science, commerce, and humanities – in grades 11 and 12, is currently open, with registrations already started.
Sikh Wisdom, boasting state-of-the-art facilities, is geared towards equipping students for a higher level of education. Bhagwan Singh, head of the SGPC, explained that Sikh gurus had initiated three types of langar: food, education, and health.
The coaching center represents a renewed commitment to advancing the "langar" of education.
The center is located in Modern School near Sakchi Gurdwara Sahib. More than 100 students have already registered in this first phase.
The initiative is open to Sikh students from all walks of life, aiming to offer free education to all. A team of 13 dedicated teachers will be managing the coaching center.
