Patna : Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today participated in Chief Minister’s program in ‘Janta Ke Darbar’ organized at the Chief Minister’s Secretariat premises at 4, Deshratna Marg.
In Chief Minister’s program ‘Janta Ke Darbar’, the Chief Minister listened to the problems of 106 people who reached from different districts of the state and instructed the officers of the concerned departments to take appropriate action for their solution.
Several department oficials were in attendance.
In the Chief Minister’s program in Janta’s Darbar, a professor from Banka district urged the Chief Minister that I was teaching in Tilkamanjhi University, when the protesters beat me up during the Bihar Bandh and later SC/ST A case has also been filed under the Act. We had already registered a case against the accused but till now no hearing has taken place. The Chief Minister directed the concerned department to take appropriate action.
A complainant from Nawada district pleaded that due to lack of ultrasound facility in Nawada Sadar Hospital, patients have to face a lot of problems. The Chief Minister directed the Health Department to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
Urging the Chief Minister, a woman from Purnia district said that 25 decimals of her ancestral land has been captured and sold by a neighbor. On protesting in this regard, the neighbors used to fight every day. The Chief Minister directed the concerned department to take appropriate action.
A young man from Kaimur district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that the government is promoting inter-caste marriages, but they are deprived of the benefits they get even after inter-caste marriages. On the other hand, another complainant from Kaimur district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that we are facing the problem of Patwan due to the registration of Raiyat’s name in place of Garmajrua land. The Chief Minister directed the concerned departments to investigate and take appropriate action.
An elderly person from Buxar district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that even after having a court order on my land, the neighboring people are forcefully occupying it, which is causing a lot of trouble. Even after complaining to the administration, no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, another complainant from Buxar district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that three decimals of land was made available by the government, but the neighbor filed a case regarding that land and got a wall raised on my land. In this regard, no action was taken even after complaining to the administration, due to which I am facing a lot of trouble. The Chief Minister directed the Revenue and Land Reforms Department to take appropriate action.
A woman complainant from Muzaffarpur district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that the police had falsely implicated her in a case, due to which she was facing a lot of trouble. On the other hand, another complainant from Muzaffarpur district pleaded that money is being demanded for land revenue receipt. The Chief Minister directed the concerned department to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
A complainant from Araria district urged the Chief Minister that his land had been illegally occupied by the bullies. I am pleading to get my land encroachment free but no one is listening. On the other hand, another complainant from Araria district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that he was constructing a soakage in his own land, but the neighbor opposed it. After this, when he went to the police station to register the case, the case was not registered. The Chief Minister directed the concerned department to take appropriate action.
A complainant from Madhepura district appealed to the Chief Minister that the health center has been closed due to lack of a doctor, due to which patients from rural areas are facing a lot of difficulties in treatment. The Chief Minister directed the Health Department to take appropriate action.
A student from Arwal district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that the amount was made available to him under the student credit card, but where he had enrolled, he took the money fraudulently but did not enroll. Now the department is demanding the refund of the money then the institute is not ready to return the money due to which I am unable to return the money to the department. The Chief Minister directed the concerned department to take appropriate action.
A woman who came from Shivhar district appealed to the Chief Minister and said that my son has been murdered. Even after continuous pleading, till now the accused is out of the custody of the police. While pleading, a young man from Lakhisarai district said that in the year 2021 my brother was murdered but Till date the culprit has not been arrested. The Chief Minister directed the Director General of Police to take appropriate action. A complainant from Vaishali district requested the Chief Minister and said that a huge amount is being demanded by the Zonal Officer for rejecting the land application. The Chief Minister directed to investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
