The medical condition is known as Persistent Müllerian Duct Syndrome (PMDS).

The patient has now recovered from the procedure.
The hernia surgery and uterus removal were performed free of cost under the Ayushman Yojana at Ganga Hospital, as Pramanik, a laborer, was financially disadvantaged.
