Jamshedpur: The city police have arrested 3 persons in connection with the case relating to firing at Vicky alias Zahid Hussain of Jugsalai on Sunday. The police made the arrested within 24 hours of the firing incident.
The city police have sent all the three arrested youths to judicial custody.
According to reports, the identities of the criminals apprehended by the police were Armaan alias Raja, Md. Armauddin, and M S Hussain.
The City SP Vijay Shankar on Monday said that two country-made kattas, one khokha, one cellphone, and one scooter had been found based on the statement of the accused.
He said that the accused had been at odds with one another for some time.
The City SP said that Zahid was attacked for taking revenge.
He said that whenever he met the accused, Zahid Hussain would threaten to murder them.
He said that this was the reason why the accused attacked Zahid Hussain.
He said that all the accused have confessed to their crimes and are being sent to judicial custody after questioning.
