Corona takes 6 lives in East Singhbhum on Monday, total death toll 197

Jamshedpur: Corona has killed 7 persons in East Singhbhum district on Monday taking the total death toll due to the disease in East Singhbhum to 203.

Meanwhile, on Monday 630 new cases were also detected in the district. With this the total number of patients in the district has reached 7160, while the number of active cases is only 2700 as 4257 persons have recovered and have been discharged from hospitals.

Till date the district has tested 86,388 samples, out of which 7160 have tested positive and 79,252 have tested negative.

Today, 630 new cases were detected in the district. The number saw a big jump because of the special test drive launched in the city.
