One killed in truck collision on Seraikela-Chaibasa road, two injured

Jamshedpur: Two trucks collided on Seraikela-Chaibasa Road at 5 a.m. in the morning Friday, killing one of the truck drivers on the spot. Two others are reportedly injured.

According to preliminary reports received from Seraikela, two trucks bumped into each other in a frontal collision killing one of the drivers Viashwanath Saran on the spot.

The driver of the other truck, Ravi Ansari and the assistant Om Babu were injured seriously.

The deceased driver Vishwanath Saran was driving the truck towards Hata and was coming form Barbil.

The other truck was coming from Jamshedpur side and was heading towards Pathanmara.

The two injured persons have been referred to Jamshedpur for treatment. On the other hand the dead body of the deceased driver has been sent to Sadar Hospital for post mortem.
