Jamshedpur’s Tata Steel UISL Commits to Safer Roads

Tata Steel UISL’s Road Safety Month kicks off in Jamshedpur, aimed at raising awareness and promoting safer driving practices for community well-being.

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel UISL has demonstrated a significant commitment to road safety by inaugurating its Road Safety Month.

The initiative, aimed at fostering safer driving habits, was launched in a ceremony at the company’s premises.

High-profile attendees included Kishore Kaushal, IPS, Senior SP, East Singhbhum, and Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL.

Other dignitaries present were Animesh Gupta, DSP CCR, Dhananjay, DTO, East Singhbhum, Raghunath Pandey, President, JSU, and Dhananjay Mishra, Sr GM, Town O&M RE.

Their presence highlighted the collaborative approach towards enhancing road safety.

The event saw the dispatch of 60 vehicles from Tata Steel UISL Main Gate, each bearing messages promoting road safety.

This act symbolized the company’s dedication to instilling safe driving practices and road safety awareness.

The alarming road accident statistics in Jamshedpur underscore the necessity of this initiative.

A series of activities, including a Drawing Competition, Eye Check-up Camp, Road survey, Online Safety Quiz Competition, and Vehicle audit, are planned for the month.

These events are designed to engage the community and reinforce the importance of road safety.

Tata Steel UISL’s initiative reflects its deep commitment to societal safety and underscores the importance of collaborative efforts in achieving safer roads.
