JAMSHEDPUR – Manipal Tata Medical College has launched a Green Initiative to promote sustainability and social service while unveiling its first outreach publication, "Manipal Tata Medical College Beacon."

The college organized a grand event to celebrate these milestones. The Justice of the Jharkhand High Court graced the event as the chief guest, with the Regional Chief Conservator of Forests as the special guest.

The Green Campus Certification

The Green Campus Certification awarded to the college recognizes its exemplary efforts in sustainability. These include energy conservation, effective waste management, and expanding green spaces. Water-saving measures have also been key contributors to this recognition.

Designed to inspire, the magazine emphasizes the role of community service and sustainability in shaping future generations. "Beacon will serve as a guide for both students and the public," noted the Managing Director.
