JAMSHEDPUR – Fifty local farmers embarked on a five-day training program at Greater Noida’s Institute of Horticulture Technology.

District officials organized this exposure visit under National Horticulture Mission.

The farmers departed from the Collectorate building yesterday.

District Magistrate Ananya Mittal flagged off the program.

“Modern farming techniques will transform agricultural production,” said a senior agriculture expert.
